That’s why we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Listings Rep to join our remote team full-time. About the Role:
We are looking for a highly reliable and driven Online Reps to manage and grow our presence on Facebook Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for listing vehicles, handling inquiries and messages, and scheduling appointments with interested buyers. This is a key role for lead generation and one of the fastest ways we connect with real buyers.

You will be working via a dedicated Facebook account/page and coordinating closely with our sales and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
-Manage accurate, engaging vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace
-Respond promptly to all messages and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
-Schedule appointments and coordinate with our in-house sales team
-Maintain a consistent posting schedule and refresh ads to increase visibility
-Track and report lead performance and trends
-Ensure photos and listing information are up to date and optimized for engagement


Qualifications:
-Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms
-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-Available to work during US daytime hours (MDT timezone)
-Can work with minimal supervision and meet daily/weekly goals
-Prior experience in car sales, auto listing, or lead generation is a plus
-Willing to work via our assigned Facebook account
