Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled Wix Website Designer to build, edit, and manage branded websites for Nuculture and its clients. This role is focused on execution, speed, and precision—taking raw content, design direction, and turning it into polished, fully functional websites using Wix.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Development
Build full websites using Wix Studio or Classic Editor, based on provided brand guides or mockups
Create visually compelling layouts that are responsive and mobile-friendly
Set up navigation, page structure, anchors, and scroll behaviors as needed
2. Asset & Content Integration
Integrate text, images, video, animations, and icon sets based on content delivery
Upload and format content blocks, galleries, product modules, blogs, etc.
Ensure brand colors, fonts, and layouts match the client's identity and design kit
3. Basic SEO & Optimization
Add metadata, alt text, page descriptions, and headings for SEO
Ensure pages load fast, are compressed properly, and use clean layouts

4. Backend Functionality
Configure contact forms, social buttons, booking integrations, and other plugins
Set up
Connect domains, ensure SSL is active, and test all mobile/desktop versions
5. Revision & Maintenance
Make quick updates, edits, and content swaps on demand
Troubleshoot layout issues or bugs with browser/device compatibility
Maintain a record of all edits and update logs
Requirements
Proven experience designing on Wix (not just templated builds)
Ability to execute clean, on-brand designs that look professional and modern
Strong attention to detail with layout, margins, and visual balance
Understands responsive design, mobile optimization, and user experience
Basic understanding of SEO, page speed, and content hierarchy
Bonus: experience working with Canva, Figma, or basic CSS for custom tweaks
