About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities. Your work will directly support our sales and marketing efforts by creating a strong and accurate pipeline of prospective clients.
This is an ideal position for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and enjoys using cutting-edge tools to find and connect with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, identify, and qualify potential leads aligned with our target customer profiles (healthcare industry)
2. Qualify leads based on ideal client profiles and target criteria
3. Use Apollo, Inven.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools at their maximum potential to source and organize leads
4. Manage and update our CRM system (Attio) with clean, accurate data
5. Conduct initial outreach using Dripify, ReachInbox, and other sequencing tools
6. Develop initial outreach strategies and content (email templates, connection requests, etc.)
7. Collaborate with the leadership team to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals
8. Track, report, and document key metrics (lead volume, qualification rates, response rates)
9. Continuously improve lead generation processes and identify new opportunities for outreach

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role - Preferred, not required
- Strong research skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ---------- , Inven.ai, ReachInbox & Attio
- Constantly up to date with sales and marketing tools to ensure we’re always on the cutting edge of technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using CRM software generally (e.g., Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or others)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset
