Project Manager – Software QA, Support & Implementation

We’re a fast-moving startup building a practical, customer-facing software solution. in the automotive industry. We’re lean, hands-on, and committed to shipping meaningful features while providing excellent support to our early users. We're seeking a reliable, resourceful Project Manager to help us accelerate development, improve quality, and support adoption.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Manage software QA and testing—create and oversee test cases, catch bugs early, ensure smooth releases
- Coordinate tasks between developers and stakeholders using Notion & GitHub
- Provide first-line customer support—respond to questions, guide users, escalate issues when needed
- Translate user feedback into actionable bug reports and improvement tickets
- Collaborate with the founder to organize launches, implementation plans, and customer onboarding
- Track progress, follow up on deadlines, and keep the team aligned

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Strong English verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills—you’ll be interacting with users and tea ---------- mbers daily
- A practical understanding of software development (you don’t need to code, but basic literacy in our stack helps quite a lot)
- Experience in SaaS, startup environments, or tech project management is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and wear multiple hats

**Preferred Tools & Stack:**

- Basic familiarity with our modern web tech (JavaScript, React, APIs, etc.)
- Comfortable using project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Etc.)
- Webflow experience is a plus
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Figma/Baslsamiq experience is a plus

Schedule 25- 40 Hours per week.
Hourly rate 6-10 dollars per hour or higher depending on experience.
