JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: seeks an experienced HubSpot CRM & Automation Associate to manage and optimize our CRM systems and automate marketing, sales, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in HubSpot CRM management, workflow automation, and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize the HubSpot CRM system to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create and implement automated workflows for marketing campaigns, sales pipelines, and customer service processes ( ---------- ).
- Leverage AI tools and software integrations within HubSpot to automate customer interactions, data insights, lead generation, and operational tasks.
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance of CRM data integrity, segmentation, and compliance.
- Provide insights and analytics on CRM data to inform strategic business decisions and improve customer journey mapping.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to align CRM automation strategies with business goals.
- Train and support internal teams on HubSpot CRM functionalities, automated workflows, and best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and process improvements, leveraging new technologies and tools.

Technology and Work Environment Requirements:
- Professional, quiet, well-lit, dedicated workspace suitable for video conferences
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload)
- Personal computer (Mac preferred) with up-to-date operating system

Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluent in conversational U.S - English
- Hubspot Expert - Certifications
- Experience in building CRM / Hubspot Strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM systems and automation.
- Proven expertise in creating and implementing complex workflow automations in HubSpot.
- Experience with Hubspot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, ---------- , Airtable, etc….
- Experience integrating AI software and tools within CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance analytics.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.

Desirable Additional Skills:
- Certifications in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation.
- Familiarity with additional CRM or automation platforms.
- Previous experience within the tech, e-mobility, or sustainable transportation industry.
