Rockstar Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist / Virtual Assistant

We are a fast-growing real estate acquisitions company buying homes across the United States. As our business expands, we're looking for a reliable, professional, and coachable individual to join our team full-time as a Lead Manager / Follow-Up Specialist. Who is comfortable doing virtual assistant tasks as required by management.

You're someone who:

Speaks fluent English with clear, neutral-to-American accent (no strong foreign accent)

Is coachable and eager to improve daily

Is detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

Can handle objections, stay composed, and adapt quickly in conversations

Takes pride in professionalism, loyalty, and commitment

Wants to grow long-term with a company, not just "find another gig"

???? Role Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:

Follow up with interested leads via phone, text, or email

Handle cold calling to potential sellers (provided script & training)

Act as the right hand assistant to the owner or acquisitions manager

Manage and update CRM (Salesforce) with detailed notes and tasks

Qualify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on urgency

Schedule appointments, live transfer calls, and compile weekly reports

Daily expectations:

50–70 outbound calls per day

3–4 hours of talk time with sellers

3–5 offers prepared or submitted per day (as needed)

Diligent CRM use and consistent follow-up with old leads

We want one rockstar who is:

Comfortable making outbound calls and talking to Americans daily

Committed to 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (PH time)

Capable of working independently and thinking on their feet

Hungry for growth – this role has commission + promotion potential

Loyal and not switching jobs every 3 months
