We’re a busy karate studio looking for someone awesome to help us grow! If you love chatting with people, booking events, and designing eye-catching content in Canva — this is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Call people who have already expressed interest in martial arts (no cold calling!)
- Book free trial lessons at our studio
- Research and book local events & booth opportunities
- Create flyers and social media posts using Canva
- Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and light admin tasks

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Speak clear, fluent English (no strong accent)
- Are confident on the phone and enjoy connecting with people
- Have Canva skills and a good design eye
- Learn fast (especially with CRMs and tools like RingCentral)
- Are organized, reliable, and proactive
- Can work Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM PST (20–30 hrs/week)
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
