Ogden Made is looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Virtual Assistant to help elevate our marketing efforts and bring our brand to more people. We’re a community-driven lifestyle brand rooted in the mountains of Ogden, Utah—and we’re looking to grow. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about storytelling, e-commerce, and connecting people to purpose-driven products.
What You’ll Do
1. Run & Manage Ads
Create and manage 3 core ad campaigns:
-Lead Generation: Build our community by capturing attention and
-Product Launches: Promote new product releases (as often as once a month).
-Clearance Sales: Push old inventory to make room for what’s next.
2.
Write and schedule targeted
-Local customers
-Loyal past customers
-Potential new customers
Build text campaigns to align with
3. Social Media Scheduling & Support
-Collaborate on content creation—help with captions, scheduling, and posting.
-Focus primarily on Instagram, with plans to grow into TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
-You’ll work with videos and images we provide, helping to bring them to life in a consistent brand voice.
4. Assist with Merch & Design Drops
-Help brainstorm and prep new apparel designs.
-Organize product rollouts to keep our shop fresh and aligned with seasonal or cultural trends.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are detail-oriented and self-motivated
Have experience with
Are familiar with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Put Ogden Made’s Finest va in the subject of the
Love organizing creative content and telling compelling stories
Can work 20 hours/week (with flexibility as we grow)
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle brands
Light graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
Knowledge of Shopify
