JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive / Operations Specialist for a new U.S.-based freight brokerage. This is a cradle-to-grave role — you’ll be responsible for managing the load after it’s been booked, handling every step from dispatch to delivery and document submission.



You’ll own each shipment like it’s your own. This role requires discipline, great communication, and a passion for clean execution.

Role Responsibilities:
Take over booked loads from our load board specialist

Dispatch carriers and coordinate with shippers/receivers

Confirm pickup & delivery appointments

Perform track & trace with timely check-ins

Collect and verify paperwork (PODs, BOLs, lumper receipts, etc.)

Submit complete documents to factoring or billing team

Communicate with customers as needed

Maintain CRM and load records accurately

Required Skills:
Freight experience in U.S. dispatch, brokerage, or logistics (required)

Familiarity with BOL, POD, and carrier communication

Excellent written English and professional phone/text tone

Strong attention to detail (this role deals with time-sensitive and legal docs)

Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple active loads

Able to work U.S. business hours consistently

Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with TMS, Slack, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)

Experience with customer follow-up or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
