We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our business acquisitions process. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outreach and scheduling meetings with potential business sellers. The role requires strong communication skills, experience with LinkedIn outreach and proficiency in managing data in Google Sheets
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Connect with targeted leads on LinkedIn
-Send direct messages (DMs) to initiate conversations
-Follow up with potential sellers via
-Track all outreach efforts and responses
Data Entry & Management
- Input lead information into a shared Google Sheet
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of conversation and follow ups
-Provide regular progress reports
Scheduling & Communications
-Arrange and confirm Zoo
-Manage
-Coordinate and update calendars as needed
Requirements
-Experience with LinkedIn and business communications
-Strong organizational and data entry skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Proficiency in Google Sheets and
-Pay: up to £5 per hour
-Flexible hours based on workload ( to be discussed with the right candidate)
-The candidate should estimate how long it will take to process 1000 leads
