virtual assistant

Hello,
Im looking for a creative , energetic hard working , reliable assistant. Someone that is willing to build a strong working relationship with me. . I may ask you to write newsletters, or make email lists with me .
Somedays I will ask you to print out flyers go door to door in your neighbourhood , finding kids to watch my yt channel. or perhaps go to the mall telling people about my channel. I will ask you to seek out other content creators in my niche to perhaps collaborate with in the Philippines. I might ask you to source ways to produce merchandise and put it on my website. I may ask you other things to do like do a course to work out how to set up ads. This is my first time to have a virtual assistant so I'm 100% not sure yet what your role is but you will be busy.
