Business Development & Data Entry Lead – Clinical Trials/Research

Clindove Research is a top-enrolling, diversity-focused Phase 2-4 clinical research site in Brooklyn, NY. We specialize in metabolic and CNS studies and are expanding our pipeline of high-budget industry-sponsored trials.

We’re seeking a resourceful Business Development & Data Entry Lead who can:

Identify and pursue new study lead opportunities by researching pipeline news and ---------- listings.

Engage sponsors/CRO contacts via LinkedIn, email sequences, and conference lists to secure feasibility questionnaires and study awards.

Maintain meticulous data in our BD tracker on excel, do data entry for patient data, and handle ad-hoc admin tasks as trial volume grows.

• Build targeted lead lists (pharma, biotech, CRO).
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests & follow-up messages.
• Draft concise sponsor emails and track replies. LinkedIn Premium, Apollo, Emails
30 % Clinical Trial Scouting
• Monitor Phase 1-3 pipeline news, press releases, funding rounds.
• Screen ---------- for trials matching our therapeutic focus, enrollment targets, and geographic criteria.
• Summarize “high-potential” trials for review. ---------- API, BioRender alerts, Google News
• Keep lead status, next steps, and meeting notes current.

Ideal Qualifications

Amazing at Learning New Technology

Fluent English written & spoken; persuasive copywriting style.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and email sequencing tools.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; great attention to detail

Ability to read clinical protocols/indications and spot site-fit criteria

Nice-to-Have
Experience with ---------- searches, CTMS platforms, or pharma/CRO contacts.

Understanding of clinical trial landscape

Basic graphic editing (Canva) for one-pager capabilities decks.

Engagement Details
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start; may scale to 20–25 hrs as pipeline grows.

Duration: Ongoing (1-12+ months depending on performance)

Timezone: Flexible, but at least 2 hrs overlap required with 9 am–5 pm EST for quick turnarounds.
