LONG TERM Video Editor Animation/ Stickman style videos

Videos MUST be 10 minutes UNLESS otherwise indicated.

I'm looking for a long-term article video editor who can compile clips and images to match a script that we provide, related to the following topics:
Religion

A video editor should be able to do the following:
* Speak fluent English
* Communicate effectively
* Turn-around time in 3 days or less
* Be creative and humorous
* MUST be able to edit a MINIMUM of at least 4 videos a week.

As you can see, I am seeking a long-term video editor and have high expectations. However, please note that this will involve consistent daily work, and the compensation will be quite substantial. We have been working with 4 video editors already for 3+ months but we need more to join our team!

Again, we will be providing the script and voiceover, we will need visuals for it, and for it to be put together nicely and creatively with some slight animations (i.e., for the title screens)
