What You’ll Do:
Manage Instagram and
Research platform trends and engagement strategies to inform content direction
Write clear, concise, and on-brand captions using AI tools as needed
Collaborate with the graphic designer, video editor, and marketing director to plan, schedule, and execute posts
Select images and video clips from client-provided assets and photo catalogs
Tailor voice and tone to match each client’s unique brand
Monitor post performance and optimize scheduling based on engagement insights
Maintain consistent posting schedules across all managed accounts
Requirements:
1–2+ years of social media content or digital marketing experience
Strong writing skills with an understanding of tone, voice, and storytelling
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
Basic understanding of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple calendars
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across departments
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Available for some real-time meetings during US working hours
Nice to Have:
Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands simultaneously
Understanding of
