I’m an entrepreneur running a real estate business in Spain. My days are full, and I’m looking for a smart, proactive, and organized personal assistant from the Philippines to help me stay on top of everything — from business tasks to general admin. This is a long-term position with room to grow as we scale.
Your Role:
You’ll be my right hand — helping organize, plan, and make sure things get done on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize tasks, to-dos, and follow-ups (using tools like Notion or ClickUp)
• Keep my calendar in order and schedule meetings
• Prepare simple overviews, summaries, or reminders
• Communicate with my team, clients, or partners when needed
• Handle inbox and basic admin tasks
• Do light personal tasks (like booking flights or research)
