JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small but growing U.S.-based company seeking a reliable, full-time remote dispatcher to manage incoming customer calls, assist with scheduling service jobs, and provide excellent support to both customers and technicians.
This is a dual role position, 2nd role is to provide technical assistance to service technicians with job estimating, equipment and piping layout using CAD software to design the job and layout.
This is a long-term position with growth potential and the opportunity to work directly with the business owner and team. You will be a key part of our daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers professionally
• Gather customer information and assess needs
• Direct calls to the appropriate person (owner or technician)
• Create work orders and assign jobs to technicians
• Dispatch and follow up with technicians as needed
• Communicate job status updates to customers
• Create and provide estimates when needed
• Ensure technician progress and task completion
• Assist in closing out jobs and verifying correct billing (parts and labor)
• Help with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Clear, professional voice (not shy or timid)
• Strong attention to detail and task follow-through
• High-speed, reliable internet connection
• Computer with dual monitors (24” preferred)
• Webcam, microphone, and quality headset
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred
• Automotive or mechanical background a plus
• Experience with CAD software and the ability to design layouts is REQUIRED

Work Hours:
• Business is open Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Philippine night shift)
• Must be online and ready by 7:45 AM EST.
• Working through lunch is allowed as long as phone coverage is maintained.
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Paid U.S. holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
