Position: Insurance Agency Support
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing insurance agency. This role involves assisting with cold calling and appointment setting for our insurance agents, managing lead generation efforts, and helping maintain a strong presence across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to generate interest and book appointments for licensed insurance agents.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and
• Manage incoming leads and maintain lead tracking spreadsheets or CRM.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media pages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the agency owner and team.
• Create and post engaging content, as well as monitor engagement on platforms like Instagram,

• Conduct research to identify new outreach opportunities, events, or local partnerships.
• Help the agency owner stay on track with follow-ups, deadlines, and growth goals.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable speaking with people on the phone, and passionate about helping others succeed. Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus.
