We're looking for a remote Key Account Manager to build and manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and help scale our repeat customer base.

Your Responsibilities
- Follow up with past clients and incoming leads via
- Create quote, check inventory, and coordinate orders with our fulfillment team
- Track orders and keep clients informed throughout the process
- Upsell and suggest alternatives or bulk options when needed
- Identify recurring buyers and develop long-term relationships
- Maintain CRM or spreadsheet to track activity and follow-ups
- Provide weekly reports and insights on client needs

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in **English**, both spoken and written (French is a bonus)
- At least 1 year of B2B customer service or account management
- Excellent attention to detail and professional tone
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and handling multiple clients
- Able to work during Canadian hours (at least 4-hour overlap)

Compensation Breakdown
- $110 USD/week base during 1-month probation
- $10 USD bonus for every first order you close with a new client
- 5% commission on all orders (first and repeat) handled by you
