About the Project:
The project involves building a real estate listing video platform that takes high-quality images and transforms them into cinematic videos with minimal effort from the user. The goal is to streamline the process for real estate agents, allowing them to focus on selling properties instead of spending hours creating content. Here's an overview of the core features:

Landing Page & Authentication:
* A high-quality landing page that grabs users' attention.
* Email/Google Sign-In Integration for smooth user authentication and account creation.

User Dashboard:
* A clean and easy-to-use dashboard where users can manage their projects.
* Upload images or use realtor.com links to automatically populate listing photos.
* Ability to reorder images with a visually appealing interface.

Image & Video Processing:
* Integration with third-party services like Kling and Createomate to handle image-to-video transformations.
* Final videos returned to the dashboard for users to review.
1. Notifications/Alerts:
* Integration with Twilio to send SMS alerts when a user’s video is ready for download or automatic download sent directly to their device.
2. Mobile-Friendly Interface:
* Responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices, ensuring a premium experience on both desktop and mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Landing Page & User Authentication:
* Build and design a sleek, professional landing page that introduces the service.
* Implement Email and Google Sign-In options for seamless user access to the platform.
* Ensure secure and fast user authentication with JWT (JSON Web Tokens).

2. User Dashboard Creation:
* Create a dashboard where users can upload, reorder, and manage their listing photos.
* Integrate a simple but effective drag-and-drop system for reordering images.
* Ensure the dashboard is user-friendly and visually appealing to promote the premium quality of the service.

3. File Upload & Management:
* Implement a cloud storage solution (preferably AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Firebase) to manage user images and final videos.
* Allow users to upload images easily, ensuring high-quality uploads.
* Implement an image preview feature for users to select images or use the realtor.com link for automatic photo population.

4. API Integration for Image-to-Video Processing:
* Integrate third-party services such as Kling and Createomate for backend image-to-video processing.
* Set up APIs for seamless data flow between the user’s uploaded photos and the video creation tools.

5. SMS Notification Integration (Twilio):
* Integrate Twilio API for SMS notifications to alert users when their video is ready for download.
* Optionally, send the video directly to the user’s device (automated download) or provide a direct download link.

6. Responsive Design & Mobile Optimization:
* Ensure the platform is mobile-optimized and provides a smooth experience on all devices.
* Use Framer for building responsive UIs that offer a sleek, premium design.
* Focus on performance optimization for a fast user experience, ensuring minimal loading times.

7. Backend Development:
* Build a secure and efficient backend that integrates with the frontend seamlessly.
* Use Node.js and Express.js to set up the server-side application and manage user data and uploads.
* Store user data (images, projects, etc.) in MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase as appropriate.
* Implement file storage solutions for user content management.

8. Testing and Bug Fixes:
* Test the platform thoroughly to ensure all features work as expected.
* Fix bugs and optimize the user interface for speed and reliability.

9. Iterative Improvements & Deadline-Driven Development:
* Deliver the platform in 1 week with the goal of a quick MVP launch.
* Make necessary adjustments based on feedback quickly and efficiently to meet project needs.

Skills Required:

1. Frontend Development:
* Framer: Experience in designing responsive, professional landing pages and dashboards.
* HTML/CSS: Strong skills in web design and responsive layouts.

3. Authentication & Security:
* OAuth 2.0: Implement Google Sign-In and Email/Password Authentication using modern security practices (JWT).
* Knowledge of secure password storage and session management.

4. Image & Video Processing:
* Experience integrating image-processing tools or APIs that convert still photos into dynamic videos.
* Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization for seamless playback.

5. Communication & Collaboration:
* Excellent communication skills to ensure rapid feedback cycles and effective collaboration.
