**Job Title:** Real Estate Video Editor

**Type:** Part-time

**Salary:** $600 USD per month / $5/hr

**Location:** Remote

**Working Hours:** M-F | 4AM - 10AM

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our dynamic team at CPV Media. This role requires dedication to creating high-quality real estate video tours & content with a quick turnaround time, helping realtors showcase properties effectively and engagingly.

**Responsibilities:**

- Produce both branded and unbranded versions of listing videos.
- Edit 2-4 Videos per shift (6 hour window)
- Edit Reel Listing Videos
- Edit Horizontal Listing Videos (branded & unbranded)
- Include agent presence and branding in the branded version of the video.
- Integrate a provided template containing the agent’s logo at the end of each branded video.
- Remove agent presence and branding for unbranded video versions.

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a video editor.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in real estate video editing.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver finished videos within 48 hours.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High-speed Internet
