Skills & Qualifications for B2B Marketing Operations Specialist (Philippines-Based)

This role will be part of our Creo Collective team in the Philippines, working closely with our global marketing team to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing operations, including campaign setup, performance tracking, lead management, and maintaining strong process documentation. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

Marketing Operations & Automation

Experience managing and optimizing marketing campaigns within a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).

Familiarity with campaign structures, workflows, forms, and tagging for accurate attribution and reporting.

Ability to implement campaign best practices, including naming conventions and asset organization.

Campaign Execution & Tracking

Understanding of UTM parameter creation and tracking URLs for consistent and accurate campaign attribution.

Experience ensuring all digital assets (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.) are properly structured and aligned with campaign objectives.

Ability to ensure assets are connected to appropriate campaigns or tracking systems for performance visibility.

Lead Management & Conversion Path Optimization

Experience working with gated content, embedded forms, and landing pages for lead generation.

Understanding of the lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.

Ability to collaborate with development or web teams to deploy tracking codes or embed forms as needed.

Content & Asset Organization

Skilled in organizing, managing, and maintaining marketing assets across channels.

Able to support a structured approach to asset tagging, campaign documentation, and performance tracking.

Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven

Strong ability to follow detailed campaign plans and maintain process consistency.

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and campaign cleanliness.

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools for tracking KPIs, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

Collaborative & Communicative

Comfortable working within remote, distributed teams across time zones.

Proactive in communication and status updates to ensure campaign timelines are met.

Able to work independently while aligning with broader team goals and reporting structures.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

Experience with Highspot or other content/asset management platforms.

Familiarity with demand generation strategies in B2B settings.

Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and inbound lead generation.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and how they integrate with marketing tools.

Hands-on experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows.
