Google Ads and Search Expert

Job Title: Google Ads & Search Expert (Remote | EST Hours)
Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Remote | 9am – 5pm EST

Are you a seasoned Google Ads specialist with a proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns and driving real results? We’re looking for an expert who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment to join our growing team.

???? What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with monthly spends exceeding $100,000

Ensure flawless pixel implementation and tracking across all campaigns

Collaborate with our copywriters and creative team to develop compelling, high-performing ads

Work closely with our development team to ensure landing pages are properly set up and converting

Partner directly with business development to maintain strong ROI and profitability

Analyze performance across multiple verticals and consistently deliver results

Provide strategic insight and execution for search campaigns, both branded and non-branded

? What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads

Demonstrated success managing large budgets ($100K+/month)

Deep understanding of conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and optimization strategies

Ability to troubleshoot and test to ensure all tracking is accurate

Experience working cross-functionally with creative, dev, and biz dev teams

Bonus: Experience with Ringba and/or in the Pay Per Call industry

This is a fully remote position

Must be available to work EST hours (9am–5pm)
