JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a customer service/Sales Agent (it’s one position), to help us ensure we deliver exceptional support and increase our sales conversions. The ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service and closing sales.
Note: Due to the nature of our business (Maids), we need a lady for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer calls, texts, emails and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and scheduling
• Track and report sales performance, providing insights to help improve strategies.
• Answering and directing incoming calls to the correct department when needed:
• Assisting with calling back incoming calls (Missed Calls)
• Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations for cleaning services
• Assisting with answering Leads/emails from Go High Level
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Following up cancellation emails, texts and calls and update Cancellation tracker\
• Working with Scheduling Department on current client scheduling as needed
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Following up with customers complaints and upload pictures
• Meet/exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Communicate with cleaning staff to coordinate schedules and relay customer feedback
• Audit cleaners’ clock in/out
• Perform “Welcome calls” to confirm details

Qualifications:
• Proven 2+ years’ experience in customer service and sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Proficient in using phone systems and CRM software for customer services and sales
• Excellent English verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Required:
- Fluent in English
