Paradise Shine Cleaning is a professional commercial and residential cleaning company servicing South Florida. We're scaling fast and need a strategic, tech-savvy expert who can bring in leads consistently and automate our marketing processes.

**Who We're Looking For:**
A *Go High Level & AI-powered marketing strategist* with experience in **lead scraping, workflow automation, and campaign execution**. You must be organized, results-driven, and ready to manage data scraping, email/SMS marketing, and social media strategies for lead conversion.

**Responsibilities:**

- **AI & Data Scraping:**
- Scrape property management leads using Zillow, Google Maps, Yelp, etc.
- Organize scraped data into CRM for outreach (focus: commercial & Airbnb leads).

- **Go High Level Expertise:**
- Build and manage automated **email & SMS campaigns**.
- Design full **workflow funnels** for commercial and Airbnb lead nurturing.
- Optimize follow-up sequences, forms, and pipelines.

- **Marketing Strategy & Execution:**
- Build and launch effective **social media campaigns** (FB/IG + retargeting).
- Set up **AI bots or scraping tools** to identify and collect leads weekly.
- Strategize monthly campaigns targeting property managers, offices, and hosts.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven Go High Level experience (show past campaigns or workflows).
- Experience using **AI tools for scraping** (ChatGPT, Phantombuster, Clay, Octoparse, etc.).
- Strong **email marketing, SMS automation, and CRM funnel** skills.
- Knowledge of Zillow scraping, Google Maps lead generation, and list building.
- Social media ad creation (especially Meta Business Suite & retargeting).
- Organized, independent, and highly accountable.
