YouTube Video Editor / Thumbnail Designer

We are a small creative agency helping YouTubers grow with eye-catching thumbnails and high-retention video edits. We're looking for talented and reliable editors and/or thumbnail designers to join our team.

What you’ll do:
– Design YouTube thumbnails (CTR-optimized, trendy, bold styles)
– Edit short-form or long-form videos (based on your skillset)
– Deliver on time with strong communication

Tools we prefer: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
