CORPORATE EVENTS MANAGER
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time Business Hours

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of our virtual and in-person events. This role requires top-tier organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with our U.S.-based team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-impact experiences for internal and external audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management (100%)
Plan, execute, and oversee virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and meetings from concept through delivery and post-event analysis
Manage all event logistics such as scheduling, participant registration, speaker coordination, vendor engagement, and communications
Operate virtual platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, StreamYard, and others to ensure seamless execution
Develop and maintain run-of-show documents, manage tech rehearsals, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Cultivate relationships with internal teams, external speakers, sponsors, and partners
Research and coordinate domestic U.S.-based travel and accommodations for tea ---------- mbers or guest speakers attending in-person events
Generate post-event reports including analytics, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations
Maintain a structured database of event contacts, templates, and resources
Lead special projects related to event programming, innovation, or partnership growth


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) with a backup solution
Personal computer (Mac preferred) with minimum 16GB RAM and i5/M1 processor or equivalent
Professional-grade headset with noise cancellation
Dual monitors strongly recommended
Quiet, dedicated home office space suitable for live video events
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to maintain power and internet connectivity


QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events
Proven mastery of virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, StreamYard)
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRMs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly under pressure
Comfortable working independently while coordinating with U.S.-based teams across time zones


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certifications in Event or Project Management
Experience in technology, sustainability, mobility, or consulting sectors
Familiarity with platforms such as Eventbrite, Hopin, or Cvent
Working knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suites
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Background working with cross-functional or multicultural teams


WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business operations
Occasional early morning or evening hours may be required for key events
