Responsibilities:
Product Listings Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images).
- Ensure that all product information is accurate and complies with Amazon’s guidelines.
Inventory and Order Management
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- Process and fulfill customer orders promptly.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via Amazon’s messaging system.
- Address customer reviews and feedback in a professional manner.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and product opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility.
Account Health Monitoring
- Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Handle basic troubleshooting to maintain account health and stability.
Amazon Advertising Support
- Assist in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate sales, traffic, and performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and overall performance.
Policy Compliance
- Stay updated with Amazon's policies and ensure that product listings and actions comply with their standards.
Qualifications:
Educational Background
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (training will be provided if necessary).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving
- A proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
Experience
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
