Job Description for BIM Modeler (ELV)
• Support BIM Lead in day-to-day modelling task.
• Strong knowledge in LOD requirements.
• Manage and Create 3D models of ELV elements using Revit.
• Good in Scheduling with the required parameters.
• Good knowledge in Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Review each drawing according to company standard.
• Able to understand BIM Process.
• Skilled with accuracy in modelling.
• Have a consultancy background and have at least 5 years’ experience in modelling.
• Develop families and update standard libraries.
• Knowledge in DiRoots and Dynamo is a plus.
• Able to communicate well and proficient in English.
