Century21 Northwest, a leading Real Estate company based in Seattle with over 120 employees, is looking for a competent and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide personalized administrative support to the President of the company.
This will be in a well-organized and timely manner, while working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication … and starting to build what will become a new team called “Office of the President”.
You will be Assisting in making sure a very busy executive stays on his schedule.
You will be working with our wonderful team here in Seattle, Washington. Seattle is home to many wonderful companies like Microsoft, Amazon and Boeing...
We are looking for someone with EA experience … with being able to juggle many different projects – answer phone calls – answer emails professionally – and deal with firedrills in a constantly changing priority schedule.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, Pacific Standard Time
• Must be able to travel to the US and attend conferences
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• You also have to be comfortable making phone calls to follow-up on appointments that I have scheduled
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Repairs reports by collecting and analyzing information
• Secures information by completing data base backups
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
• You will keep me on a very exact schedule in the mornings
• You will stay in front of my daily tasks, telling me exactly what I need to do
• 40 hours per week
Education and Experience
• Must have years of experience doing executive assistant work usually at least 3 years of experience providing support at a high level
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree an advantage
