Content Designer & Marketing Assistant (with Outreach Support)

???? Role Summary
We’re looking for a design-first virtual assistant who can transform raw ideas (voice notes, short videos, rough content outlines) into high-quality, premium-looking visual and written content. You’ll also support lead generation and outreach using structured tools and systems.
This role is for a high-trust international sourcing and trade services business that works with established Amazon sellers, importers, and growing eCommerce brands. Your work must reflect a credible, expert brand — not a low-end, template-based operation.
We are looking for someone who can own the weekly content execution and support with high-volume, well-targeted outreach.

???? Key Responsibilities (Prioritized by Business Impact)
1. Premium Content Design (Top Priority)
• Turn voice notes, rough ideas, or screenshots into branded content:
• LinkedIn carousels
• Instagram visuals
• Lead magnets (PDFs, case studies)
• Webinar slides
• IG stories and story covers
• Design should reflect a clean, premium B2B aesthetic — aligned with trust, experience, and clarity
• Must have a real eye for layout, white space, typography, and visual hierarchy
2. Content Repurposing & Publishing
• Take founder’s weekly videos and repurpose them into:
• LinkedIn/Instagram posts (written + designed)
• Authority carousels
• Optional: Reels, short-form video clips
• Maintain a content publishing calendar and manage all uploads
• Work with minimal input: turn rough material into clean, valuable, trust-building content
3. Structured Outreach Support (Secondary)
• Send 100–150 messages per week using templates via LinkedIn and
• Use Clay/Apollo to generate lead lists and track follow-ups (training provided)
• Handle first-level outreach; flag positive replies for sales calls
• No copywriting expected — just execution with clarity and precision

• Real design ability — you care about visual quality, not just templates
• Strong communicator with clean, written English
• Ability to turn raw input into polished, self-contained content
• Organized and consistent — follows systems and meets weekly targets
• Previous experience in B2B, marketing for agencies, consultants, or service businesses is a big plus

• 25 hours/week to start, with the option to grow into a full-time role
• Must be able to work independently and stay accountable
• Flexible time zones, but some overlap for feedback is preferred
