Project-Based Data Engineer (AI + B2B Lead Enrichment) – Remote / Performance-Driven

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused data engineer to consolidate, enrich, and score B2B company data using modern tools like ChatGPT, Clay.com, and ZoomInfo. Your output will directly fuel our sales team’s outreach, targeting only the most qualified leads with verified contact info.

Project Objectives
• Aggregate and clean company data into a single source of truth (Google Sheets or Excel preferred)
• Enrich each record using AI tools and external data to identify:
• Hiring trends
• Expansion or funding news
• Equipment or capital need signals
• Industry vertical and key decision-makers
• Score each company from 1 to 10 based on buying likelihood
• Prioritize all companies scoring 7+ and identify 1–3 verified contacts per company
• Pull direct company emails and mobile numbers only using ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clay
• No scraped or generic data – verified, high-value leads only

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, etc.) for enrichment
• Bonus: Experience with lead scoring logic, Zapier/Make automation, or API integrations
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on revenue-producing output
