JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in short-term rental or Airbnb guest communications. Your main role will be to manage day-to-day guest messaging, ensure our cleaning teams deliver high-quality turnovers, and handle ordering supplies when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
? Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries, booking questions, and any issues during stays.
? Coordinate with cleaning teams to make sure turnovers happen on schedule.
? Review cleaning photos after each turnover to verify quality and report issues if needed.
? Order cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other inventory as necessary.
? Maintain communication logs and manage turnover schedules.
? Flag urgent issues to management promptly.

Requirements:
? Previous experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental guest communications (required).
? Strong attention to detail when reviewing cleaning photos and guest issues.
? Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
? Excellent English written communication skills.
? Familiarity with tools hospitable, Slack, WhatsApp, ---------- (a plus, but not required).
? Ability to respond to guest messages within 5 minutes during working hours.
? Flexible availability
