Real Estate Cold Caller ( Lead Generator )

We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a highly motivated and reliable Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads by reaching out to property owners. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, coachable, and experienced in cold calling or sales. Your role will be to identify potential sellers, gauge motivation, and schedule qualified follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. Requirements:

Fluent in English with a clear, confident, and neutral or American-sounding accent.

Cold calling or sales experience (1+ year preferred in real estate or call center).

Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools or Batch Dialer

Great communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.

Quiet workspace and strong internet connection.

Self-motivated, consistent, and coachable.

Spanish speaking is a bonus.
