We are a fast-growing gaming company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.
You will support day-to-day operations, assist customers, and help manage online systems related to player accounts, social media, and basic reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries through chat and
Assist with account creation, updates, and basic troubleshooting
Track deposits, redemptions, and maintain simple spreadsheets
Post basic updates on social media (content provided)
Help monitor player activities and flag suspicious activity
Perform light administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Strong written English communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with basic spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel)
Stable internet connection
Experience in gaming, customer service, or admin work is a plus
