We build and manage marketing systems using GoHighLevel and are looking for a true expert who understands both the technical and design sides of the platform — and can integrate AI-powered tools to streamline operations.


Job Summary:
- We’re looking for an experienced and detail-obsessed GoHighLevel Expert who can:
- Build advanced automations
- Design high-converting landing pages
- Integrate AI communication tools
- Create seamless workflows using platforms like Zapier and ----------
- Knowledge of using APIs to integrate cross platform

This role blends marketing tech, automation strategy, conversion-focused design, and AI integrations to deliver powerful systems for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimize GoHighLevel sub-accounts for client campaigns
- Build and manage complex workflows, automations, and sequences (email/SMS/voicemail/etc.)
- Design responsive, on-brand landing pages, funnels, email templates, and sites inside GHL
- Create and manage lead pipelines, forms, booking flows, and CRM setups
- Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. Closebot.ai, chatbots, or other AI assistants)
- Automate operations using tools like Zapier, ---------- , or other middleware platforms
- Build custom dashboards and performance reports for clients
- Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across devices
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel features, AI tools, and automation trends
- Document workflows and processes for internal use or client handover

Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience working in GoHighLevel (client setups, workflows, and campaigns)
- Strong landing page and funnel design skills with a great eye for layout, spacing, color, and usability
- Deep understanding of marketing automation and funnel strategy
- Experience with Closebot.ai
- Proficient in Zapier, ---------- , and other automation/integration tools
- Solid knowledge of email/SMS marketing, list segmentation, and opt-in best practices
- Copywriting and content editing skills
- Familiarity with SEO, lead generation tactics, and funnel-based marketing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and proactive in spotting inefficiencies or issues

Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

- Graphic design experience (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
- Understanding of compliance (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR)
- Experience with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google) and tracking integrations
