Full Time. Experienced Offshore Team. Amazing Company Culture!
We are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Administrator to support our General Manager with managing and maintaining our network of event suppliers. You will work live each day in a shared virtual office space with our Australian team, join video meetings, speak primarily with the GM, and interact regularly with other staff.
This is not an entry-level job. It is a key role in our business. We need someone intelligent, organised, confident with systems, and comfortable working closely with leadership.
-Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Brisbane time
-Breaks: 1-hour lunch break plus two 10-minute paid breaks each day
-Salary: Between 45,000 and 60,000 PHP per month, based on experience and expertise. Includes paid time off and a 13th month bonus in December.

Main Tasks Include:
-Manage our portfolio of suppliers with direction from the GM
-Prepare reports and research on current supplier health for weekly meetings with the GM
-Help set up new suppliers including research, contacting them via
-Keep supplier data up to date in our CRM and internal systems with accuracy and strong attention to detail
-Follow up suppliers for answers and updates
-Help manage changes to supplier prices, policies, and contracts
-Work effectively under the direction of the GM and be confident doing so
-Manage your own spreadsheets and follow-up systems to stay across your workload and make sure nothing is missed
-Communicate with suppliers by
-Take part in daily video calls and virtual meetings with the GM and other senior tea
What You Will Need:
-Experience in a senior admin or coordination role, ideally with suppliers or B2B, and working with high level data
-Excellent written and spoken English
--Experience working remotely for an Australian, UK, or US company
-Confidence and professionalism on video calls
-Strong attention to detail and high-level organisation
-Ability to follow direction while managing your own tasks and systems
-A quiet and private home workspace
-Your own Windows PC (not Mac) with fast processing speed
-Fast, stable internet with a wired connection
You must also have experience using:
-Microsoft Teams for video calls and communication
-Canva for basic visuals or presentations
-Microsoft Word and Excel at a medium level – you need to know your way around editing a Word document and navigating a spreadsheet. You do not need to build complex spreadsheets or use advanced formulas, but you must know basic Excel formatting with focus on simple mathematical formulations and how to create and update simple spreadsheets
-A CRM system with strong data management skills
This is a full-time, long-term role. It is not suitable for part-time, freelance, or casual work.
