About the Show:
Invest & Roam is a fast-growing podcast at the intersection of real estate investing, entrepreneurship, travel, and freedom. We feature guests who are building wealth while living life on their own terms—from luxury home flippers to mobile home park investors to capital-raising pros. The vibe is inspirational, educational, and packed with actionable strategies.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Podcast Editor who can help us produce high-quality, engaging episodes on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

Edit podcast episodes (30–45 minutes) for audio clarity, pacing, and flow

Add intro/outro music, transitions, and sponsor reads (provided by the host)

Clean up ums, filler words, and awkward pauses (without losing the natural flow)

Remove background noise, balance levels, and optimize for streaming platforms

Format and export final files for publishing (MP3 for audio, .wav for backups)

Create short video/audio clips (for Instagram)

Can create thumbnails for Youtube

Collaborate with our team on deadlines and creative tweaks

Optional: light show notes writing or transcript cleanup


Qualifications:

2+ years experience editing podcasts or long-form audio content

Knowledge of podcast formatting, pacing, and storytelling best practices

A good ear for audio quality and engaging content

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet weekly deadlines

Strong communication and self-management skills

Can work on United States hours.


Bonus if you have:

Experience editing video podcast clips for YouTube or Instagram Reels

Familiarity with Descript, Riverside.fm, or other podcast platforms

Interest in real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship (not required, but helpful!)
