Position Details:

100% Remote

Part-time and full-time shifts available

Flexible hours, night shifts a plus

Responsibilities:

Respond to messages quickly, clearly, and with a little bit of personality

Follow scripts (and know when to add your own flair)

Hit daily messaging targets without breaking a sweat

Keep things professional (even when the conversations get... interesting)

Requirements:

Solid English writing skills (typos make us cry)

Fast and accurate typing

Reliable internet connection (no disappearing mid-chat)

Good sense of humor and ability to take feedback without crying (kidding… kind of)
