Attention. AI Voice Agent Specialist – Remote (VAPI + ElevenLabs)

We are hiring an AI Voice Agent Specialist to join our fast-growing remote team!
You will build and maintain intelligent AI voice agents for dental and healthcare clients using platforms like VAPI.ai and ElevenLabs.

You must be available during US business hours (Eastern/Central Time) and ready to start new client projects immediately when assigned.

This role is part-time initially, with a clear path to full-time employment and salary growth after the initial performance period.

Responsibilities:

- Build AI voice agents using VAPI.ai and ElevenLabs

- Customize call flows, greetings, FAQs, and appointment booking systems

- Create and manage Multi-Language AI agents (English, French, Spanish, etc.)

- Test and QA every agent before going live

- Connect AI agents to clinic systems, CRMs or Google Sheets (integration work)

- Set up fallback systems (Smart Queue and Callback)

- Monitor live agents, troubleshoot, and fix any issues immediately

- Create simple client dashboards (for monitoring)

- Continuously optimize voice quality and agent response time

- Research new tools and methods to improve system performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience building voice or chat AI agents (VAPI, ElevenLabs, Dialogflow, or similar)

- Ability to set up and manage Multi-Language AI agents

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Fast and reliable internet connection

- Full-time availability during US business hours

- Create an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for each process that can be used for other clien
- Must be ready to start new projects within 1–2 hours when assigned

- Familiarity with CRM integrations and Zapier

- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly

- Positive and professional attitude

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippines Time)

Compensation Structure:

- Payment via PayPal

- Payment terms: Retainer monthly; project fee paid upon project completion

- You may accept other freelance work as long as it does not interfere with your availability during US business hours.

- You must remain ready to start on assigned projects immediately when needed (within 1–2 hours).

- As our client base grows, your priority must shift fully to our projects.
