Automation Expert

We are looking for an automation expert to streamline the process of uploading FAQs to Google My Business (GMB). The ideal candidate should have experience with AI-driven automation tools, such as Zapier, ---------- , and ChatGPT, to efficiently manage and update FAQs dynamically.



Scope of Work:
1. Set up an automated system to upload and manage FAQs on Google My Business.
2. Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to generate and refine responses.
3. Implement automation via Zapier or ---------- to ensure FAQs are updated in real time.
4. Structure the FAQ data in a way that integrates seamlessly with our existing knowledge base (ClickUp, Airtable, or Google Sheets).
5. Ensure that FAQs are categorized, searchable, and dynamically updated based on customer inquiries.
6. Test and troubleshoot the automation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7. ClickUp workflow automation for our team's daily task activities


Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong experience with Google My Business API, Zapier, ---------- , and AI-driven chatbots.
2. Knowledge of data structuring tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets.
3. Familiarity with customer service automation, chatbot training, and AI workflow automation.
4. Ability to work efficiently and troubleshoot potential automation issues.
