About Us:
We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling off-market properties. Our mission is to help distressed property owners while creating investment opportunities for buyers. We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Cold Caller to be the first point of contact with homeowners and help us uncover motivated sellers.


Position Summary:
As a Full-Time Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in lead generation by contacting property owners, building rapport, and qualifying potential sellers. You will be responsible for gathering information about the property and seller situation and passing warm leads to our acquisitions team.


Responsibilities:

Make 400–600 outbound calls per day using our dialer system (Enzo Dialer)

Build rapport with property owners and gather information about their property and motivation to sell.

Prequalify leads based on our internal criteria and schedule follow-ups or appointments.

Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and notes in the CRM.

Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoff of leads.

Attend training sessions and daily team huddles to improve performance.


Requirements:

1+ year of Real Estate cold calling experience is mandatory. (APPLICANTS WITH NO REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE will NOT BECONSIDERED.)

Strong English communication skills (bilingual is a plus).

Comfortable working with scripts and handling objections professionally.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMs and dialer systems.

Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable with a positive attitude.
