Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage lead generation campaigns for our Fluid Applied Roofing (FAR) division. Your focus will be to attract commercial property owners, facility managers, and property managers through effective, high-converting Google Ads campaigns.
You must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to optimize ads, lower cost-per-lead (CPL), and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting, YouTube) focused on commercial roofing lead generation
Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to commercial real estate, building owners, and facility managers
Write compelling ad copy that speaks to pain points and decision-making factors for commercial roofing prospects
Monitor performance daily, adjust bids, ads, and targeting to maximize results
Optimize for both lead volume and lead quality (we need real decision-makers)
Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager + GA4)
Recommend landing page improvements to increase conversion rates (optional but a plus)
Provide clear, detailed weekly reporting on KPIs, wins, and areas to improve
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing lead generation Google Ads campaigns (U.S. market preferred)
Proven success generating leads in commercial, B2B, or service-based industries (bonus if roofing, construction, or real estate related)
Google Ads Certification preferred
Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, bid strategy, and budget management
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM integration for tracking leads
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and ability to overlap U.S. hours for check-ins
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience running ads specifically for roofing, coatings, or construction
Familiarity with
Basic landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience
