The Role:

We’re looking for a senior full stack dev who knows how to ship. Most of our work is built on Atlassian Forge, with a healthy dose of JavaScript, React, and Jira API magic. If you’ve worked with Forge—great. If not, you’ll need to ramp up fast and prove you can keep pace.

You’ll also manage some deployment and hosting—DigitalOcean or similar.

This isn’t an easy role. We expect ultra high output, strong accountability, and a real ownership mindset. If you're looking for a place to coast, this isn’t it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and refining custom built applications
Solving real problems with real impact
Collaborating with a fast, focused team
Owning your work from start to finish
Thinking like a product owner—understanding user needs and building with the customer journey in mind
Bringing ideas to the table, not just code
High output, high standards, and a bias for action

What We are Looking For:

Strong JavaScript and React skills
Experience with Jira APIs
Familiarity with Forge (or the drive to learn it fast)
Hosting experience (DigitalOcean or similar)
Self-starter mindset—zero micromanagement here
