Remote Marketing Development Manager – Lead From the Front, Grow Into Leadership

Schedule: 8AM–5PM HWT (Hawaii Standard Time)
Remote – Full-Time
Base Pay: $4–$6/hr
Bonuses: $25 per qualified appointment shown
$75 per membership sold
Total Earning Potential: $2,500–$4,000/month

Your Day-to-Day:
Call and follow up on warm leads generated by our in-house team
Reconnect with missed or inactive opportunities
Assist prospective clients with next steps and membership information
Receive training and support to grow into a leadership position
Start building and mentoring a team of other remote appointment setters

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has 4+ years experience in appointment setting or a call center environment
Has previous management or team lead experience (formally or informally)
Speaks and writes fluent English with clarity and confidence
Works well independently and thrives in fast-paced virtual environments
Is motivated to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role
