Marketing Development Manager – Remote Role with Leadership Growth

We’re a fast-growing marketing company seeking a Marketing Development Manager to take ownership of setting responsibilities and grow into a team leadership role.

Position Overview:
Schedule: 8AM–5PM HWT
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $4–$6/hr base
$25 per qualified appointment shown
$75 per membership sold
Monthly Potential: $2,500–$4,000

Your Responsibilities:
Set appointments using warm leads from our internal team
Follow up with missed or canceled opportunities
Guide clients toward membership engagement
Begin recruiting and mentoring remote tea ---------- mbers
Work closely with leadership on processes and results

What We Expect:
4+ years in appointment setting
Team leadership or management background
Excellent English communication
Motivated, reliable, and ready to grow
Able to start immediately
