Full-Time Marketing Development Manager (REMOTE) – Bonuses + Team Growth Opportunity

We’re a fast-growing remote marketing company hiring a rockstar appointment setter who is ready to level up into management.

Schedule: 8AM–5PM HWT (Hawaii Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Base Pay: $4–$6/hr
Bonuses: $25 per qualified appointment shown
$75 per membership sold
Monthly Potential: $2,500–$4,000


What You’ll Do:
Call and book appointments using warm leads (provided)
Follow up with missed or canceled clients
Support client engagement and conversions
Receive training to become a remote team leader
Help recruit, coach, and manage other setters as you grow


Who We’re Looking For:
4+ years experience setting appointments
Previous leadership or call center management experience is a big plus
Excellent spoken and written English
Ambitious, organized, and hungry to grow
Ready to start immediately and commit long-term
