JOB OVERVIEW

We are growing international trading and services company. We work with clients from various industries to help them find new customers for their products. Our mission is to generate and qualify leads, so our clients can focus on closing deals. We’re now hiring a Part-Time Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist who is resourceful, confident on the phone, and skilled at finding the right contacts.

What You’ll Do:
Research and identify high-quality B2B leads based on each client’s industry and product.

Gather and record key company details: name, website, contact person, email, phone number, and business profile.

Conduct cold calls to introduce our client’s product/service and assess the prospect’s interest.

Qualify leads and, if required by the client, schedule meetings or hand off the lead for follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Share brief daily or weekly reports summarizing your progress and insights.


What We’re Looking For:
Experience in cold calling and lead generation (B2B experience is a strong advantage but not required).

Strong online research skills—you know how to find relevant companies and decision-makers.

Fluent English communication skills—persistent, polite, and persuasive on the phone.

Self-motivated and independent, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Detail-oriented and highly organized in tracking outreach and results.

Reliable internet connection, and access to a computer and headset.

Role Type & Compensation:
Part-time: 10–20 hours per week

Remote: Work from anywhere

Compensation: Hourly rate (negotiable based on experience and performance)
