Real Estate Disposition Manager

About Us:
Steel City Investment Properties, LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment firm focused on wholesaling off-market properties. We acquire deals and flip contracts to a network of cash buyers and investors. We’re looking for a driven Disposition Manager to sell deals fast, build buyer relationships, and maximize assignment fees.

Responsibilities:
Market wholesale deals to investor buyers

Build and manage a buyer list

Negotiate offers and maximize profits

Coordinate showings, contracts, and closings

Work with acquisitions to ensure smooth deal flow

Requirements:
2+ years in wholesaling/disposition

Strong negotiation and sales skills

Ability to work 10-6 EST

Familiarity with comps, ARV, and repair estimates

CRM experience; InvestorLift or PropStream a plus

Compensation
Base + commission or assignment fee split

Bonuses for performance
