Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (Commission + Base) – U.S. Wholesaling

About the Role:
We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on wholesaling residential properties.
We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Closer who can work warm leads, negotiate with sellers, and lock up contracts remotely.

This is NOT cold calling.
You will only be speaking to pre-qualified leads that have already shown interest through our cold calling team.
Responsibilities:
• Call warm seller leads (provided daily)
• Build rapport, confirm motivation, property condition, and asking price
• Negotiate purchase prices and lock up contracts
• Update CRM (Google Sheets) daily
• Attend daily quick team check-ins on WhatsApp
• Follow-up with leads as needed

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience closing real estate deals, wholesaling, or strong phone sales background
• Fluent English (C2 or high C1 English level)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, confident energy
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Familiarity with BatchDialer, Podio, or REsimpli CRM systems preferred

Compensation:
• $100 USD base pay per week
• PLUS 10% commission per deal closed
• Example: Close a $12,000 deal = $1,200 commission
• Performance bonuses for multiple deals closed in a month
