We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer who is passionate about crafting powerful marketing strategies that leverage AI, drive measurable growth, and fulfill our mission to help entrepreneurs thrive in the new AI economy. Roles Objectives:


- AI-Driven Marketing Strategy Development: Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that leverage AI tools for targeting, personalization, and optimization. Your strategic mindset will ensure campaigns align with our vision of leading the future of marketing in the AI era.
- Sales Funnel Ownership & Optimization: Architect, build, and optimize multi-step sales funnels (lead gen, nurturing, conversion) that deliver high-quality leads and predictable revenue. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition and business growth.
- Integrated Campaign Project Management: Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns from ideation through launch, managing timelines, tasks, and collaboration between copywriters, designers, tech specialists, and product teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.
- Performance Analytics & Growth Optimization: Monitor and interpret marketing analytics to uncover insights, track KPIs, and proactively recommend optimizations. Your data-driven approach will ensure continuous improvement across all marketing efforts.
- Marketing Innovation & AI Integration: Champion the adoption of new marketing technologies, AI-driven solutions, and best practices to maintain Ascend’s competitive edge in the market. You will experiment with cutting-edge tools while maintaining human-centric storytelling.
- Mentorship & Capability Building: Mentor junior marketers and cross-functional teammates on best practices for AI-enhanced marketing, funnel building, and growth strategies. Your leadership will help raise the marketing bar across the organization.


Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in full-funnel strategy, campaign execution, account & project management, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, organic, email marketing, funnel optimization).
- Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) and experience in building marketing automations, pipelines, and funnel pages.
- Strong understanding of marketing data, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), and KPI-driven reporting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing project management, sprint planning, and task delegation across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, AI ad copywriting, predictive analytics) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to align and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias toward ownership and initiative.
